TACSI project with families, early educators and the Department of Education, Tasmania (2018)

After the state government commitment to make early education free for eligible families, Lucy and colleagues facilitated workshops with children, parents and early years educators to develop a model that minimised barriers to entry for families. Lucy collaborated with monitoring and evaluation organisation Clear Horizon to design data capture. Working Together now has 120 places offered each year across 19 early learning centres in Tasmania.
